Thanks to technology like ZOOM and Sync, behaviour consultation can continue in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. Through a parent-coaching model, families are supported by via telehealth videoconferencing. You can rest assured that the technology used is compliant with BC (E-Health Act) and Canadian Privacy Laws (PIPA) including encryption, security and data storage within Canada. Meetings are password protected to prevent 'Zoom-bombing.'

Telehealth Resources
For successful home consultation via a remote telehealth model, families will need access to the following equipment:
- Consistently strong wifi signal OR an ethernet cable to connect your computer to the internet
- An iPad, smart phone or other device with a camera and microphone
- Apps: Zoom and Sync or the ability to connect to their browser-based websites
- A private space in your home to virtually meet
